Pherey is a closed personal event management platform. We only collect personal data as relates to the event and as entered into our platform by either the event host or the invited guest. This personal information is:

• Not sold to any third parties.

• Used primarily as login credetnail or contact information.

• We currently capture your name, email address and phone number(optional) to be invited to an event registered on the platform.

• Can always be managed by the host to remove.

• Is primarily stored in public cloud providers like Amazon AWS or Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure in US regions.

• Can be deleted by contacting the event host .

• This data can also be deleted by contacting amenikallc1@gmail.com with a request to delete your personal data from the platform. We will, on your behalf, notify the host and delete your guest details from the platform if they are found on the platform.

• In addition, we do not collect any personal information from any third party. We do not intentionally collect any personal digital finger print data that associates you to your account besides normal anonymous traffic data as typically captured by web hosting providers.

• We may collect application usage data to improve your experience . Where this is done, the data is aggregated and anonymized.
